In Store and Online Return Policy

We will happily EXCHANGE or offer a STORE CREDIT for any item that is: WITHIN 7 DAYS OF RECEIVING YOUR ORDER. Please note, all products purchased on sale or with a discount code are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Item must be UNWORN, UNUSED with ORIGINAL TAGS, LABELS and PACKAGING INTACT. Receipt will need to be provided.

You will need to login via the email address you ordered under, and select the order that pertains to the item you wish to return. If your order has more than one item, select the items you would like to return. Select a return reason and add a note for us. Click request return. 

You will then be notified that your return request has been approved.

Once received we will assess your items and issue your store credit. 



We make every effort to ensure that all items shipped to you are in perfect condition. In the unlikely event that the item is faulty, we will offer the item to be repaired, replaced or a credit note issued based on management approval of fault and communication with the brand/ supplier.

Any charges occurred that are associated with the return are the responsibility of the customer.
